The two dollar price tag on this little box of gum didn't even phase me. How could I pass up the opportunity to experience a pomegranate and lemon-aid artificial flavor combination? I was not dissapointed; this extravagant purchase was worth every penny. The gum, which comes in a fancy plastic box, is coated by a hard outer shell, from which the intense fruit flavors burst forth when chewed. The sweet of the pomegranate is perfectly balanced by the tart of the lemon, giving the gum both the zing of citrus and the exotic taste of pomegranate. Who knew that such different fruits could form such a winning combination!? The only drawback to this product is the strange aftertaste left by the artificial sweeteners (which is to be expected with any sugar-free candy.) I love artificial flavors, but sugar should always be real.
In addition to a having a completely unique and delicious flavor, this gum is also nutritious, including 10% of the daily values of both vitamin c and zinc! I reccomend it highly.
